9. Booking Conditions

To begin designing your bespoke Burgundy itinerary, we require a non-refundable planning fee of €700, payable securely via our partner platform TERN. Payments are securely processed via TERN. You will be redirected to their system to complete payment of the planning fee, and later on, of your Forever in Wine package designed in collaboration with our trusted Burgundy agencies.

The planning fee covers our consultation, itinerary design, coordination with trusted Burgundy partners, the handover to your local concierge, checking in with you throughout your trip, and post-travel feedback exchange. The planning fee does not include the items listed in the Forever in Wine package detailed in the pricing section of our website.

Please note: the planning fee is non-refundable. Cancellation and refund policies for hotels, wineries, and other experiences will follow the individual terms of each provider.

All prices are stated in euros and exclude VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
