Terms & Conditions of Sale (Conditions Générales de Vente)

These Terms & Conditions of Sale (“CGV”) apply to services provided by Forever in Wine, Forever in Wine is a France-based luxury travel service dedicated to creating bespoke wine journeys in Burgundy. We design exclusive wine-tasting and vineyard discovery itineraries for couples and other private clients, offering insider access, refined experiences, and seamless planning that turn a romantic holiday into an unforgettable celebration of Burgundy’s art de vivre.

By engaging our services and paying the planning fee, clients acknowledge acceptance of these terms.

1. Service Description

Forever in Wine designs and coordinates tailor-made wine travel itineraries in Burgundy. Our role is to curate, coordinate, and facilitate experiences in collaboration with trusted local partners. We do not operate as a tour operator or travel agency; accommodations, tastings, and activities are delivered by third-party providers.

2. Planning Fee

  • A non-refundable planning fee of €700 is required to initiate the itinerary design process. This fee covers:

o   Communication via email and an optional discovery call.

o   A personalized itinerary proposal.

o   Coordination with our Burgundy partners.

o   Selection of accommodations, tastings, and tailored extras.

o   Handover to your local Burgundy travel concierge.

o   Checking in with you during your trip and a post-travel feedback exchange to ensure everything met your expectations.

 Payment is made securely via our partner platform TERN. Clients will be redirected to TERN’s website to complete the transaction.

3. Prices of Itineraries & Services

  • The planning fee does not include the cost of accommodations, winery visits, tastings, transport, or additional services, many of which are listed in the Planning & Pricing page of the Forever in Wine website.

  • These third-party services will be quoted separately and are payable to our trusted partners in Burgundy via the TERN platform, unless otherwise arranged.

  • All prices are stated in euros and exclude VAT, unless otherwise indicated.

4. Payment Terms

  • The planning fee is payable in full at the time of confirmation via TERN.

  • No itinerary work will begin until the planning fee has been received.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • The planning fee is strictly non-refundable, even in the event of cancellation.

  • Cancellation terms for accommodations, tastings, and other services are determined by the respective providers. Clients are responsible for reviewing and respecting those terms.

6. Responsibilities & Liability

  • Forever in Wine acts as an intermediary, coordinating services provided by third-party partners.

  • We are not responsible for the execution, quality, or safety of services delivered by third parties (hotels, wineries, drivers, etc.).

  • Our liability is limited to the coordination and planning services we directly provide.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information during the planning process.

  • Holding valid travel documents, visas, and insurance.

  • Complying with local laws and regulations during their stay in France.

8. Insurance

Forever in Wine strongly recommends that clients purchase adequate travel insurance (covering medical, cancellation, and liability) before their trip.

9. Personal Data

Personal data is collected for the purpose of itinerary design, communication, and coordination with partners. Processing complies with GDPR and is detailed in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.

11. Alcohol Disclaimer

In accordance with French law:
L’abus d’alcool est dangereux pour la santé. À consommer avec modération. Excessive alcohol consumption is dangerous for your health. Consume in moderation.
